Ingredients
3lbs.red potatoes
1tbsp.parsley
1tbsp.Mr. Dash seasoning
1tsp.garlic salt
1tsp.sea salt (or to taste)
3tbsp.olive oil
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 400 F. Measure out all the seasonings and mix them together. Set aside until ready for use.
Time to prep our potatoes! Scrub potatoes with a veggie scrubbing brush under running cold water to clean them well.
Pat dry with a paper towel, and then cut each potato into small wedges and place them into a large mixing bowl.
Next, drizzle olive oil over potato wedges, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture. Toss them in a circular motion until well coated.
Transfer seasoned potato wedges onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and make sure they're all placed in a single layer skin side down to allow them to perfectly crisp up.
Bake for 25 min at 400F or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
