½cup - water
½- freshly juiced lemon
4large – apples
½cup – peanut butter or nut butter
2cup- maple granola or granola of your choice
Chocolate chips or pomegranate seeds

How to Make Apple Snacks
Prepare Apples: Rinse and dry your apples before you begin. Once they're clean, use a knife to slice apples into ⅜ inch thick pieces. To prevent apple slices from browning soak them in a lemon syrup for a few minutes. To make lemon syrup simply combine water and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a bowl. Then pat dry apple slices using a paper towel and lay them out on a serving platter.
Spread Peanut Butter: Spread peanut butter over each apple slice. This will act as a delicious glue for your toppings.
Sprinkle Granola: Sprinkle maple granola over the peanut butter to add a crunchy texture. For an extra burst of flavor and a touch of sweetness, add some chocolate chips or pomegranate seeds.
