The Tastiest Lemon Pepper Salmon

– 3.5 lbs. - salmon – ▢1 medium - onion – ▢1 large - organic garlic clove – ▢1 medium - organic lemon – ▢⅓ cup - homemade mayonnaise (made of home egg and olive oil) – ▢2 tbsp. - organic ketchup – ▢1 tsp - lemon pepper seasoning – ▢¼ tsp – salt (or to taste)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon on it. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the salmon and rub it in.

Step 2

Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.

Step 3

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
