Prepare the chicken and vegetables: Trim the fat from the chicken and cut it into one-inch pieces. Rinse and drain the chicken. Wash the peppers, cut them into square pieces. Peel and cut the onion into square pieces. Place everything in a large bowl and sprinkle with the prepared seasoning. Add BBQ sauce and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Skewer the chicken and vegetables: Thread the chicken and vegetables onto metal skewers, leaving a small space between each piece. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
Grill the skewers: Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and place the skewers on the grill. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes, then flip them over.
