Ingredients
– 1 lb. – ground beef (80/20 lean to fat ratio) – ▢1 tsp. – salt or to taste – ▢½ tsp. - freshly ground pepper or to taste – ▢8 slices – Colby or cheddar cheese – ▢8 slices - cooked crispy bacon – ▢½ - purple onion – ▢32 slices - burger pickles – ▢8 leaves - leaf lettuce or iceberg lettuce – ▢4 tbsp. - guacamole, ranch, or mayonnaise (ranch is my preference to place on the top portion of the burger bun) – ▢4 Brioche hamburger buns or homemade burger buns
Melt cheese on patties in the last minute. Place patty on bottom bun. Add bacon on cheese. Top with pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce. Spread mayo, ranch, or guacamole on top bun. Place top bun over lettuce.
