Ingredients

Daisy Vanilla Cupcakes Batter Ingredients – ▢2 ¾ cups – all-purpose organic flour sifted – ▢2 tsp. – baking soda – ▢1 tsp. – baking powder – ▢¼ tsp. – sea salt – ▢4 eggs – large eggs – ▢1 cup – sugar – ▢1 tbsp. – pure vanilla extract – ▢4 oz. – unsalted butter – ▢1 cup – Greek yogurt – ▢24 cupcake liners Daisy Vanilla Cupcakes Frosting Ingredients – ▢4 oz. – cream cheese softened – ▢½ cup – sugar – ▢1 cup – cold heavy cream – ▢Yellow food coloring

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325 F (165 C) and melt butter. Line a cupcake pan with molds.

Step 2

Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat eggs and sugar, then add vanilla, Greek yogurt, and melted butter.

Step 3

Gradually add the sifted flour mixture to the batter. Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 4

Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting.

Step 5

For the frosting, beat cream cheese and sugar, then add cold heavy whipping cream. Transfer ½ cup of frosting to a bowl and add yellow food coloring. Fill a decorating bag with each frosting.

Step 6

Decorate the cupcakes with white frosting using a pedal attachment, then add a yellow star in the center with small dots around it. Store the cupcakes for 8 to 24 hours to soften the cake.
