– 1 cup – homemade mayonnaise – 1 cup – Greek yogurt (plain) – 1 tbsp. – freshly squeezed lemon juice – 1 tsp. – Dijon mustard – 1 tsp. – sea salt – ¼ tsp. – black ground pepper – ½ cup – freshly grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup – freshly grated Romano cheese – ½ tsp. – Worcestershire sauce – 1 - drop pf pressed garlic clove

Step 1

Start by combining mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sea salt, and black ground pepper in a large bowl.

Step 2

Then mix it all with a hand mixer just until combined. Finally, add Parmesan, Romano cheese, pressed garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to this mixture.

Step 3

Whisk once more for a minute or so until it all comes together and is well combined.
