Ingredients

– 3 - 8 oz. cream cheese packs – ▢¾ cup sugar + 1 tbsp. for curst – ▢1 tsp. – vanilla extract – ▢2 tbsp. – butter soften – ▢1 cup – crushed honey graham crackers – ▢3 – large eggs – ▢1 cup – heavy whipping cream – ▢1 cup - fresh blueberries – ▢Cupcakes molds

Step 1

Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of lined muffin pans.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the mixture into the prepared crusts.

Step 3

Bake the mini cheesecakes in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes. Allow them to cool completely.

Step 4

Top the cooled mini cheesecakes with whipped cream. Drizzle blueberry coulis sauce over each cheesecake. Garnish with fresh blueberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
