Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of cream cheese over it. Top the cream cheese with a layer of turkey slices. Place a layer of baby spinach leaves on top of the turkey slices.
Roll the tortilla up tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas, cream cheese, turkey slices, and spinach leaves.
Refrigerate the wrapped tortilla rolls for at least an hour. Remove the plastic wrap from the tortilla rolls and slice them into pinwheels. Serve and enjoy!
