Tender and Juicy Beef Cutlet

This Beef Cutlet recipe will give you tender and juicy cutlets on the inside, with a perfectly crispy outside for the tastiest beef cutlet you've ever had!

Ingredients

– 1.5 lbs. – organic grass-fed ground beef – ▢4 slices - of white bread (I like to use my homemade French bread) – ▢¼ cup – mayonnaise (I used a homemade mayonnaise recipe) – ▢1 large – egg – ▢1 medium – onion – ▢5 garlic gloves – ▢1 tsp – Mrs. Dash – ▢1 tsp – salt or to taste – ▢¼ tsp – black ground pepper or to taste – ▢¾ cup - homemade Italian breadcrumbs for dredging the cutlets – ▢Olive Oil for sautéing

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix everything together until well combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions and shape each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add oil.

Step 4

When the oil is hot, place the patties into the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.

Step 5

Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil. Repeat steps 5-7 until all the patties are cooked.

Step 6

Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or salad. Enjoy!
