Ingredients

– 1.5 lbs. – organic grass-fed ground beef – ▢4 slices - of white bread (I like to use my homemade French bread) – ▢¼ cup – mayonnaise (I used a homemade mayonnaise recipe) – ▢1 large – egg – ▢1 medium – onion – ▢5 garlic gloves – ▢1 tsp – Mrs. Dash – ▢1 tsp – salt or to taste – ▢¼ tsp – black ground pepper or to taste – ▢¾ cup - homemade Italian breadcrumbs for dredging the cutlets – ▢Olive Oil for sautéing

Step 1

– Soak bread slices in water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out water. – Combine bread with ground beef in a bowl. – Add mayonnaise, onion, egg, garlic, Mrs. Dash, pepper, and salt. – Mix well to combine.

Step 2

– Sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs on a plate. – Shape mixture into patties, flatten, and coat with breadcrumbs. – Place patties on a plate.

Step 3

– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. – Cook patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden. – Drain on paper towels for 15 minutes.
