Ingredients

For the Batter: ▢1 cup – warm organic milk ▢2 tsp. – dry yeast ▢2 large – eggs ▢½ cup – granulated sugar ▢½ cup – unsalted melted butter ▢¼ tsp. – sea salt ▢4 ½ - 5 cups - all-purpose flour For the Filling: ▢3 cups – fresh strawberries ▢½ cup – organic or homemade strawberry spread For the Frosting: ▢8 oz. – cream cheese room temperature ▢6 tbsp. – unsalted butter room temperature ▢1 tsp. – pure vanilla extract ▢1½ cups – confectioners’ sugar ▢Pinch of sea salt

Step 1

Heat 1 cup of milk for 30 seconds. Stir in yeast and let stand for 15 minutes. Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes with a mixer. Add salt, melted butter, and yeast-milk mixture. Mix for 3 minutes.

Step 2

– Stir in flour gradually until non-sticky. – Let dough rise for 1-2 hours in a warm place.

Step 3

– Wash, stem, and cut strawberries. – Make frosting by combining ingredients. Refrigerate.

Step 4

– Roll dough into 16" x 20" rectangle. – Spread strawberry filling, roll into a log, and cut into pieces.

Step 5

– Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. – Spread frosting on warm rolls.
