Ingredients

– 2 tbsp. - unsalted grass-fed butter – ▢½ cup - organic all-purpose flour – ▢8 cups – water – ▢20 oz. – mushrooms – ▢1 medium – organic yellow onion – ▢2 large - homegrown garlic cloves – ▢2 medium – organic carrots (or homegrown) – ▢1 tsp. – Vegeta – ▢2 tbsp. – organic ketchup – ▢½ cup – heavy whipping cream – ▢2 tsp. – sea salt or to taste – ▢¼ tsp. – black ground pepper or to taste – ▢1 tbsp. – chicken bouillon – ▢2 tbsp. - fresh dill or parsley – ▢4 - dry organic bay leaves

Step 1

Slice mushrooms, sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil till moisture evaporates. Add grated carrots, onions, pressed garlic, and spices. Sauté for 5 mins.

Step 2

In a Dutch oven, melt unsalted butter. Add sifted flour, whisk for 10 seconds. Pour in water, bring to boil while whisking.

Step 3

Add sautéed veggies to Dutch oven.Whisk, add chicken bouillon paste, bay leaves, dill/parsley. Simmer 10 mins on low heat, stirring occasionally.
