Red Cabbage Salad

This Red Cabbage Salad Recipe is an easy salad to make that's packed with flavor. And has a dressing that perfectly complements the flavors.


– ½ - green cabbage head – ▢½ - red cabbage head – ▢½ small – lemon – ▢1 – English cucumber – ▢1 bunch – green onions – ▢1 tbsp. – fresh dill – ▢¼ cup – olive oil – ▢Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cut 1/4 head of red cabbage and 1/4 head of green cabbage into thin strips. Slice 1/2 English cucumber into thin rounds.

Step 2

Add the cabbage and cucumber to a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and cucumber and toss well to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 4

Before serving, toss the salad again and adjust the seasoning if needed.
