How to Make  an Omelette

For Omelette – ▢3 large – eggs – ▢2 tbsp. – milk or Half & Half – ▢Salt and pepper to taste – ▢Olive oil or butter for sautéed the omelette – ▢2 striips - cooked bacon – ▢2 slices - Gouda cheese (or your favorite cheese) For Omelette Toppings – ▢½ - tomato – ▢½ - avocado – ▢1 tsp. - fresh dill

Step 1

Crack eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Whisk vigorously to incorporate air and create fluffiness.

Step 2

Heat a nonstick skillet and add butter or oil. Pour whisked eggs into the skillet, let them set around the edges. Add pre-cooked vegetables and cheese if desired.

Step 3

Fold the omelette in half, allowing the cheese to melt. Let it cool for a minute before serving. Optionally, top with sour cream and fresh herbs for extra flavor.
