– 3 oz. – fresh or frozen strawberries – ▢3 oz. – fresh or frozen raspberries – ▢3 oz. – fresh or frozen blueberries – ▢3 oz. – organic spinach – ▢½ cup - Greek yogurt (plain) – ▢½ cup – Almond milk – ▢1 (32 oz). – glass jar with same size neck as the blender container – ▢Gasket from a blender – ▢Glass straw

Step 1

– Gather all the ingredients for your smoothie. – Rinse the spinach and berries under cool water and allow them to drain.
