Easy Grilled BBQ Baby Back Ribs

These BBQ Baby Back Ribs are made with the most delicious homemade dry rub and topped with your favorite BBQ sauce for the tastiest ribs you’ve ever had!

Ingredients

– 5 lbs. – meaty baby back ribs racks – ▢½ cup – brown sugar – ▢1 tbsp. – Mrs. Dash seasoning – ▢½ tbsp. – Paprika – ▢1 tsp. – garlic powder – ▢½ tsp. – sea salt – ▢¼ tsp. - black ground pepper – ▢⅛ tsp. – ground cumin – ▢1 ½ cup – BBQ sauce + ¼ cup coating before grilling – ▢Turkey pan

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 275F (135C). Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub all over the ribs.

Step 2

Place ribs on a wire rack, meat side up, and cover tightly with foil. Bake the ribs for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and almost falls off the bone.

Step 3

Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce all over the ribs. Broil the ribs in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.

Step 4

Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
