Easy Glossy  Kulich Glaze

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until it thickens into a syrupy consistency.

Step 3

Remove the pan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Allow the glaze to cool for a few minutes.

Step 4

Pour the glaze over the cooled kulich, allowing it to drip down the sides. Let the glaze set for about 30 minutes before serving.
