Easiest Chicken Fritters

These Chicken Fritters are quick and easy to make and are crispy on the outside, and soft, juicy, and tender on the inside with a hint of garlic!

Ingredients

– 5 lbs. – chicken breast – ▢2 large – eggs – ▢1 small – yellow onion – ▢2 large – garlic cloves – ▢¼ cup – mayonnaise – ▢1 tsp. – Mrs. Dash seasoning – ▢1 tsp. – salt (or to taste) – ▢¼ tsp. – black ground pepper (or to taste) – ▢½ cup – flour – ▢Olive oil for sautéing

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Mix everything together until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

Step 3

Add the flour and baking powder to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth. Add the chicken mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add oil. Drop the chicken mixture by spoonfuls into the pan and flatten slightly.

Step 5

Cook the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.

Step 6

Repeat steps 7-9 until all the chicken mixture is used up. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce, ranch dressing, or BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
