Crispy Baked  Potato Wedges

– 3 lbs. – red potatoes – 1 tbsp. – parsley – 1 tbsp. – Mr. Dash seasoning – 1 tsp. – garlic salt – 1 tsp. – sea salt (or to taste) – 3 tbsp. – olive oil

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 400 F. Measure out all the seasonings and mix them together. Set aside until ready for use.

Step 2

Time to prep our potatoes! Scrub potatoes with a veggie scrubbing brush under running cold water to clean them well.

Step 3

Pat dry with a paper towel, and then cut each potato into small wedges and place them into a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Next, drizzle olive oil over potato wedges, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture. Toss them in a circular motion until well coated.

Step 5

Transfer seasoned potato wedges onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and make sure they're all placed in a single layer skin side down to allow them to perfectly crisp up.

Step 6

Bake for 25 min at 400 F or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 7

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

How to Store

Leftover Baked Potato Wedges can be easily stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To store them, simply place the wedges in an airtight container or wrap them in aluminum foil.
