Copycat Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme

This Crunchwrap Supreme is the perfect homemade version with the BEST flavors ever. Layers of seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and toppings all in a flour tortilla.

Ingredients

Crunchwrap Supreme Ingredients – ▢10 extra-large 12.5-inch - flour tortilla – ▢10 – Crunchy Tostadas – ▢2 lbs. – ground beef Seasoning Ingredients – ▢1 tsp. – sea salt – ▢½ tsp. – garlic salt – ▢¼ tsp. – black ground pepper – ▢1.5 cups – water – ▢½ cup – Taco seasoning – ▢2 tbsp. - olive oil for sautéing the meat Cheese Ingredients – ▢2 tbsp. – unsalted butter – ▢2 tbsp. – organic all-purpose flour – ▢1 cup – whole organic milk – ▢½ tsp. - sea salt – ▢¼ tsp. – Cane Pepper (to taste) – ▢8 oz. – Cheddar Cheese Topping Ingredients – ▢¼ - head lettuce – ▢4 – tomatoes on the vine – ▢3 cups – sour cream

Step 1

Start by placing a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center of the tortilla. Layer ground beef mixture on top of the nacho cheese sauce.

Step 2

Add a tostada shell on top of the ground beef mixture. Spread a layer of sour cream on the tostada shell. Add lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese on top of the sour cream.

Step 3

Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats and sealing the fillings inside. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam-side down.

Step 4

Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy. Flip the crunchwrap and cook the other side until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove from the skillet and repeat the process for the remaining crunchwraps. Serve the crunchwraps hot and enjoy this delicious meal!
