Classic Braised Potatoes

Step 1

Cut beef into small pieces and set aside.

Peel potatoes and cut them into small cubes. 1. Chop onion and garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
