Ingredients
5lbs.– Golden (yellow potatoes)
1tbsp.– sea saltor to taste
4oz.– salted butter
¼cup– chopped dill

How to Make the Tastiest Golden Potatoes Recipe
Let’s prep our potatoes first! Peel, rinse, and cut potatoes into approximately one square inch (2.5 cm) pieces.
Next, place all cut potatoes into a medium (or 6 quarts) pot. Fill the pot with water add salt and bring to a boil.
As soon as potatoes start to boil, reduce the heat to med/high and let it gently boil for 15 – 20 minutes, or until fork tender.
Next, drain the potatoes and scatter some cubed butter over the top of the cooked potato.
As soon as the butter melts over the hot potato cubes, transfer the potato, by gently letting them fall over and into a large serving bowl.
While transferring them over, the rest of the potato chunks will lightly toss which should nicely coat them with butter. This way you don’t won’t have to shake the potatoes around the pot with butter as this can disfigure the beautifully cooked chunks.
In the end, sprinkle some chopped fresh dill over the potatoes. Your delicious golden potatoes recipe is ready to be served!
