The Perfect Radish Salad (Ideal Spring and Summer Salad!)
This tasty radish salad features crisp radishes, fresh herbs, and creamy Greek yogurt dressing for an unbelievably simple and tasty spring and summer salad!

Ingredients
1bunch – organic green onion
2bunches – organic radishes
½long – organic English cucumber(or 3 pickling cucumbers)
First, we need to thoroughly rinse all the fresh herbs and vegetables.
After that, use a sharp knife or mandolin to cut the cucumbers and radishes into slices, then dice the chives (or green onions) and dill. Place all of these ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Next, pour in Greek yogurt (or sour cream) then add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, gently toss all the ingredients together, being careful not to mash any of the vegetables.
Your refreshing and zesty radish salad is ready to enjoy!
Notes
Add dressing (Greek yogurt or sour cream), and seasoning right before serving otherwise it will water, and the salad will turn soggy. You can cut all the vegetables ahead of time even the night before. Just cover it with plastic wrap or a lid and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
