1cup– vanilla Greek yogurt

½cup– whole milk
½cup– heavy whipping cream

How to Make Strawberry Smoothie
To make this refreshing drink, start by placing some ice cubes into your blender.
Next, add all of the other ingredients to the blender. Be sure to measure out the correct amount of each ingredient and add them one at a time.
Once everything is in the blender, turn it on to high speed and continue to blend for about one minute. This will guarantee that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and that the ice cubes are completely crushed.
After blending, pour the mixture into a glass. You can use any type of glass that you like, but a tall glass with a wide opening will work best.
