Sift flour into a medium bowl. Add baking soda, powder and salt. Stir well with whisker and set aside.
Sift 6 table spoons of flour into a small bowl. Add softened butter, cinnamon and sugar. Mash it with fork until the mixture becomes crumby. Set aside.
Wash and peal apples. Slice them with an apple slicer and then cut them with a knife to pieces. Place it into the fridge until read.
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Beat eggs with sugar on high for 10 minutes.
Add flour mixture half at a time. Stir it with a whisker.
Add chopped apples, and fold the apples in with spatula.
Pour the batter into well-greased with butter 10” baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 F in preheated oven. Open the oven (do not take sharlotka out of the oven), sprinkle cinnamon crumbs and bake it for another 5 minutes. Turn the oven off. Let it cool in the oven with a oven door slifhtly open. Drizzle caramel sauce and enjoy.
