132 oz. - quart or 946 ml – glass jar with same size neck as the blender container
Gasket from a blender
Measure out all the ingredients.
Rinse spinach and berries and place them into a strainer for excess water to drain. Place spinach into the jar, then add blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries on top of the spinach. Then add yogurt, almond milk, and ice (optional). I’ve noticed it blends best when ingredients placed in this order. Screw the gasket onto the neck of the jar tightly. Blend for 1 minute. Spinach may get stuck at the top of the jar. Remove the jar from the blender, unscrew the gasket and mix unblended spinach into the smoothie with a spoon. Screw the gasket back onto the jar and blend for 2 more minutes.
Unscrew the gasket from the jar, insert a straw and serve. This smoothie has so much spinach it's like having a huge bowl of salad in much less time.
