This tasty glaze is prepared in a much cleaner way, without additional chemicals, tastes fresh and delicious. It's so easy to prepare and makes any meat of your choice delicious, zesty, so tender and tasty that you would not believe. The glaze is aromatic, sharp but sweet, incredibly smooth, and best of all - simple.

½cup118 ml - water
6tbsp.- brown sugar
½tsp.- ground fresh ginger
½tsp.- ground or minced garlic clove
½cup118 ml - reduced sodium soy sauce
¼cup59 ml - organic apple cider vinegar
2tbsp.- raw honey
Shred ginger and garlic, set aside until ready for use.
Measure out and pour all the ingredients into a small pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn the heat off and let it boil for one minute (if you are using a gas stove burner, turn the fire to very low and cook for a minute).
Place a strainer over a glass bowl and strain the glaze while it's hot (once it cools its harder to strain).
