Bacon and Chive Roasted Potato Wedges

  • 3 lbs. – red potatoes
  • 1 packet – seasoning mix
  • 4 tbsp. – olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). Wash potatoes and pat dry.
  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Placing cut (flat) side down, cut each half lengthwise onto 4 or more wedges. Place in large bowl. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over potato wedges.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake for 40 – 50 minutes, depending on the desired crispness.
  5. Remove from the oven.
  6. Cool before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
