How to Make Roasted Potato Wedges
Preheat the oven and prepare the potatoes: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Start by washing the potatoes to remove any dirt, and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut the potatoes into wedges: Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Then, placing the cut side down, cut each half lengthwise again to form 4 or more wedges per potato. Place the wedges in a large bowl.
Season and coat the potatoes: Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges. Then, add the olive oil and toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the seasoning and oil.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet: Place the potato wedges on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. This will help guarantee that they roast evenly.
Bake the potatoes: Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the potatoes for 40 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
Let the potatoes cool and serve: Once the potatoes are fork tender, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
