Preheat oven to 300 F. Into a bowl of electric mixer add eggs and sugar. Beat on high for 10 minutes.
While the eggs are beating wash, peel and chop apples. Cover with a cap and place them into the friedge until ready to use to prevent chopped apples from darkening.
Activate baking soda with vinegar and add to the egg mixture. Mix for one minute until combined.
Add sifted flour. Stir it carefully with whisker.
Then add chopped apple and fold the batter with apples carefully with a spatula.
Split the batter into greased pans equal portions. Bake for 50 minutes at 300 F. After it’s done baking remove from the oven let it cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking pans.
Frosting Instructions:
While the cake is cooling we can work on the frosting. Into a bowl of electric mixer add butter and condensed milk. Beat it on high until smooth for about 5 minutes scraping sides of the mixer bowl if necessary.
Add softened cream cheese and beat for another 2 minutes.
Assembling a cake:
Place first cake layer on the cake platter. Place ¼ of the cream. Spread it evenly.
Place the second layer on top of the first layer topped with cream. Spread the rest of the cream on top and sides of the cake with spatula.
Sprinkle the cake with shaved dark chocolate. Place into the fridge for at least 10 hours or overnight for the cream to completely set.
This cake slices best with heated knife in the tall glass of hot water. Enjoy with a cup of your favorite black tea.
