Slice tomatoes with a very sharp knife. Place them on the paper towel to juice out. Wash and press garlic. Place the pressed garlic into a cheese cloth and squeeze the juice out into a plate with mayo. Mix mayo and garlic juice together well, and then place it into the Ziploc bag.
Place tomatoes onto a platter. Cut off the edge of the Ziploc bag. Drizzle tomatoes with garlic mayonnaise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then decorate with chives.
