How to Make Croissanwich
First, heat a burner to medium heat on your stovetop. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a frying pan and place 2 egg rings in the pan.
Crack the eggs into the rings and gently break the yolks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Allow the eggs to fry for approximately 3 minutes on one side. While the eggs are frying, you can also broil some bacon in the oven until it is crispy.
After 3 minutes, carefully remove the egg rings and flip the eggs over to cook the other side.
Let the eggs fry for an additional 3 minutes on the second side. While the eggs finish cooking, place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
To assemble the sandwich, cut a croissant in half and lightly toast it.
Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the croissant. Next, place the fried egg on top of the cheese, followed by the hot broiled bacon strips.
Finally, cover the bacon with the top half of the croissant. Serve the sandwich immediately and enjoy!
