  • 1 cup (120 g) - toasted almond slivers ((see how to toast almond slivers HERE)
  • 1 large – Pomegranate
  • 2 large – Pears
  • 4 – Mandarins
  • 2 oz. (55 g) – Feta cheese
  • 1 bunch – Organic Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 cups – Organic Baby Spinach

  1. First things first, broil bacon (see this post how to broil bacon), and toast almonds. Set aside to cool until ready for use.
  2. Rinse spinach, romaine lettuce and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut romaine lettuce and place into a large bowl along with spinach.
  3. Add diced broiled bacon, toasted almonds, pomegranate seeds, mandarins, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped pear onto chopped romaine, lettuce, and spinach. Pour ranch dressing over the salad.
  4. Next, pour ranch dressing over the salad.
  5. Finally, gently mix the salad and dressing well and serve.
