Pear Apple Pomegranate Pecan Spinach Salad Instructions
The salad can be prepared a couple of hours before serving. Cover the salad bowl with a lid and keep it refrigerated until ready to serve. Also, if making the salad ahead of time you will need to soak apples and pears in the lemon marinade before adding them to the salad, this will prevent them from darkening.
How to make Lemon Marinade:
1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp. organic sugar, and juice from 1 large lemon.
