– 1 lb. – organic noodle pasta – ▢12 oz. – mozzarella cheese – ▢1 tbsp. – unsalted butter – ▢½ cup – heavy whipping cream – ▢1 jar – pasta sauce (I prefer roasted garlic pasta sauce) – ▢½ cup – cottage cheese – ▢Salt to taste

Step 1

Boil the pasta in a large pot according to the package instructions. Adjust the boiling time according to your preferred tenderness; consider boiling until al dente or slightly longer for a softer texture.

Step 2

– Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and coat it with the melted butter by stirring well. – Pour in heavy cream and marinara sauce into the skillet, mixing thoroughly with the pasta. Heat the combination for about 1 minute. – Add cottage cheese to the pasta and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, occasionally stirring to combine the ingredients.

Step 3

– Turn off the heat. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta. – Cover the pan with a lid and allow the cheese to melt.
