The Perfect  Golden Potatoes

This Golden Potatoes recipe is the best one out there with potatoes that are perfectly creamy and tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned on the outside.


– 5 lbs. – Golden (yellow potatoes) – ▢1 tbsp. – sea salt or to taste – ▢4 oz. – salted butter – ▢¼ cup – chopped dill

Step 1

Wash and scrub the potatoes clean. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and put them into a pot. Cover the potatoes with water and add salt.

Step 2

Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook until tender. Drain the potatoes and put them back into the pot. Add butter and chopped fresh dill to the potatoes.

Step 3

Gently mix the potatoes until the butter is melted and the dill is evenly distributed. Serve the buttered golden potatoes with dill hot as a side dish.
