Ingredients

– 1 – small head of broccoli – ▢1 – small head of cauliflower – ▢4 – slices of cooked bacon (see perfect broiled bacon recipe) – ▢1 - Meyers sweet lemon (or small regular lemon) – ▢4 oz. – medium cheddar cheese grated – ▢¼ cup – mayonnaise (I used homemade mayonnaise recipe) – ▢¼ cup – Greek yogurt plain – ▢Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

– Broil bacon for 5 minutes, flip, and broil for 2 more minutes. – Wash and chop raw broccoli into bite-sized pieces. – Squeeze lemon over broccoli in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

– Chop raw cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. – Cube bacon and grate cheddar cheese. – Add lemon-soaked broccoli to cauliflower bowl. – Whisk mayonnaise and Greek yogurt with salt and pepper. – Combine all ingredients and mix well.
