Ingredients

Batter Ingredients – ▢6 large – eggs – ▢1 cup – organic sugar – ▢¼ cup – organic honey – ▢1 tsp. – pure vanilla extract – ▢1 ½ cup – mashed banana – ▢1 tsp. – baking powder – ▢1 tsp. – baking soda – ▢¼ tsp. – sea salt – ▢1 tsp. – ground cinnamon – ▢1 ½ cups – organic all-purpose flour Cream cheese frosting – ▢8 oz. – cream cheese room temperature – ▢½ can – raw condensed milk – ▢½ cup – organic sour cream – ▢2 cup – organic heavy whipping cream

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder) in a small bowl.

Step 2

– Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and pale. – Add honey, vanilla, mashed banana; mix until combined. – Gradually add flour mixture while mixing gently.

Step 3

– Pour batter into lined jelly-roll pan. – Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until top springs back. – Sprinkle powdered sugar, roll cake with parchment paper.

Step 4

– Beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. – Add sour cream and condensed milk; mix. – Incorporate heavy whipping cream until thick.

Step 5

– Carefully unroll cooled cake. – Spread frosting evenly over cake. – Roll cake tightly using parchment paper. – Refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight. – Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
