How to Make Perfect Quick and Easy Oven Broiled Bacon

Step 1

Turn the oven setting to a Broil at high temperature. Place bacon onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Place the pan in the oven, on the middle rack. Broil for 5 minutes. Remove the pan, flip the bacon over and broil for 2 more minutes.

Step 2

Transfer the broiled bacon onto a paper towel to absorb grease. Fold the foil inward to contain the grease and discard. Done! All the bacon at once. That’s how quick and easy it is!

Step 3

The broiling method allows the grease to drip off of the bacon, which means that you'll consume fewer calories and far less fat.
