Ingredients

– 8 oz. - cream cheese – ▢½ cup - grated parmesan cheese – ▢¼ cup - Italian pasta sauce – ▢¼ cup – chopped banana peppers – ▢¼ cup - chopped roasted red peppers – ▢5 oz. - Italian dry salami (or salami of your choice) – ▢5 oz. - pepperoni disks – ▢12 slices- cheese of your choice (I used Provolone cheese) – ▢8 - leaf lettuce – ▢4 - tortillas

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian pasta sauce, roasted red peppers, and banana peppers until well combined.

Step 2

– Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on a tortilla. – Layer with provolone cheese, salami, and pepperoni. – Place leaf lettuce to cover the tortilla. – Roll up the tortilla tightly, securing the filling. – Refrigerate pinwheel for a few hours to set.

Step 3

– After chilling, slice the pinwheel into portions. – Serve the Italian pinwheels as appetizers or snacks.
