Kisel (in Russian) or Kisil (in Ukrainian) is a fruit jelly juice that can be served hot or cold.

Cook Time: 20 mins
Transfer the juice back into the pot. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, cornstarch solution (stir well again before adding) bring it to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and cool. Enjoy warm or cold!
