How tired were you from all the cooking and baking for Christmas festivities? I'll admit, I was a little tired. Ok, a lot tired. That I didn't make any big or fancy meals since Christmas. And for New Year's I'm not going to cook much either. Usually there are plenty leftover goodness from Christmas, but not this time. This year it was taken care of by the holiday food anticipation of a family reunion. Not everyone makes certain holiday dishes throughout the year; most of the food was devoured. New Year’s menu is going to be simple for a few other reasons as well. Firstly, I don't like to eat late at night, it's unhealthy. Secondly, I want to enjoy spending more relaxing time with family and friends. And finally, I like to have Christmas stand out by having a smaller New Year's celebration. So, what's on my table at New Year's Eve? Some of these simple appetizers, some desserts from my blog and a lot of tea! All of these appetizers are quick and easy to make and satisfy almost every late-night snacker. Give it a try!:)
