Guess what guys? I just completed a big task that was missing from my blog today! For everyone who doesn’t personally know me, here’s to seeing the cook and her husband, on the pictures that it was taken today. Nice to meet you! 🙂  The way this is sort of associated with this post is that it’s a special, non-typical kind of day; I like to make this salad for special dinners and occasions. We’ve been waiting for my uncle’s visit to our side of the state since he’s arrived in US from Ukraine a few months ago, where he’s a pastor. He has a lot of relatives to visit and we finally had our turn to have dinner with him before he leaves this Saturday. He certainly is a special person for all the work he does and deserves a tasty meal. This salad goes marvelously with Lemon Pepper Baked Salmon, with which we served. I try to make it during the freshest veggie season, which is Spring, since most of the veggies grow in my garden. So, this salad reminds me of Spring, even thought we just had the first weeks of Fall. Regardless the season or the reason, this is one salad you will love very much. Enjoy! 😉
Things you will need:
1 Long English cucumber
1 bunch of radish
1 bunch of chives
½ head cauliflower
1 small bunch of broccoli
⅓ cup – mayonnaise
⅓ cup – sour cream
1 teaspoon - salt
1. Wash and cut/slice all the vegetables.
2. Mix all the cut vegetables together in a large bowl.
3. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, mix altogether gently. Add salt to taste.
Enjoy!
