- Grilled chicken breast strips (homemade BBQ grilled leftovers is best)
- Natural bacon - cooked (see how to broil perfect bacon every time)
- Green onions
- Alfredo sauce (I used homemade Alfredo sauce)
- Parmesan cheese
- Baquettes
🔪 Recipe Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
Finely chop chicken, bacon, and transfer into a medium bowl. Cut green onion and add to the bowl. Finally, add homemade Alfredo sauce and mix well.
Add a cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and mix it again.
Cut Baguette into about ⅓ inch thick slices.
How to Assemble Chicken Bacon Alfredo Canapés
Spread a heaping tablespoon spoon of chicken bacon mix onto each slice of bread and lay them out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (for easy cleanup).
Sprinkle each canapé with a pinch more of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake Chicken Bacon Alfredo Canapés in preheated oven 350 F (180 C) for 25 minutes.
Cool for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
